Tax Return Notice
Hong Kong companies are required to file tax returns on April 1. Please take note of the following notice and prepare your accounting records properly :
．Dormant companies and the representative offices of foreign companies are exempt to submit audit reports.
．If you intend to register your company as a dormant entity, please ensure that you submit the application before the end of the fiscal year (March 31, 2026).
．It is important to note that all small companies with gross income less than HKD 2 million or zero revenue are no longer exempt from submitting audit reports.
