Seychelles - CbCR for
Multinational Enterprises
Seychelles has implemented Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR) requirements in line with OECD tax transparency standards.All Seychelles-registered companies are required to complete the questionnaire to determine whether a CbC Report filing is required for the relevant Multinational Enterprise (MNE) Group.
Under Section 34 of the Revenue Administration Act, all companies must complete the questionnaire. Failure to respond or complete any applicable filing process may result in penalties of up to SCR 250,000 (USD 17,000).
