From November 2007 to February 2009, with the efforts of 7 executives from head office, 19 co-workers of PPM branches and several technicians, we finally get full office rental information covering major China cities and many other Asian cities. It costs us over US$ 120k (NTD 4m) on manpower, machine (digital camera & recorder), material, travel expenses, printing to send this report to our clients. The cost may be double or more if we don’t have branches everywhere. A follow-up report of office rental is on the way of release in October 2009. At that time, it will contain the lease information in New York, San Francisco and Los Angeles of USA, London of UK, France, Germany, Russia, South Korea, Mexico, Brazil, Australia, Italy, India, and Japan, in which PPM has existing offices in the former 8 countries and will set up offices in the later 4 countries in 2009.

Although the survey is before February 2009, the usefulness of this report will be above 90% due to that the increasing number of office buildings in every city is limited each year. Spaces of these buildings varies from 10-1,000 Ping (33-3,300M2 or 360-36,000F2) To reach the requirements of our clients, these office buildings are all carefully selected on their location, appearance, lobby size, parking lot, property management, and light. 10 digital photos are available for each building for your reference.
